AirconTrack

Terms of service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of AirconTrack (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your organisation's accounts, including those of your staff and technicians, and for promptly removing users who should no longer have access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service unlawfully, attempt to access another organisation's data, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or upload malicious content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in South African Rand, include VAT where applicable, and are processed through PayFast. Plans renew for each billing period until cancelled. Current prices are shown on the pricing page; we will give notice before changing them. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to capture your clients' and staff members' information, and for the accuracy of quotes, invoices, compliance records and refrigerant logs you create. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and backed up, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance and update features from time to time.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is a record-keeping and management tool and does not replace your professional, safety or regulatory obligations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination you may request an export of your data; we will delete it after a reasonable retention period unless the law requires us to keep it.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here; continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
